1. About this policy

This privacy policy applies to the Android app Cloud Kingdom Defense ("the app"), published on Google Play by MATIPS Luxury Ltd ("we", "us", "the developer"), a company registered at 36 Harris Road, Coventry CV3 1GU, United Kingdom. It explains what data the app handles, where that data lives, and how advertising works.

2. What Cloud Kingdom Defense collects

Nothing that identifies you. The app does not require an account, name, or email address. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or files, and it contains no analytics of our own. The app runs fully offline.

The following game data is stored locally on your device — created on-device, kept on-device, and never transmitted to us:

• best scores, pop-chain records and run history;
• in-game progress and Dawn meter state;
• game settings such as sound and control preferences.

Our Google Play Data safety declaration reflects this: no data collected, no data shared with third parties.

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

Cloud Kingdom Defense may display advertising served by Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC). AdMob is a third-party SDK that may process certain device data to serve and measure ads, including:

• device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID);
• IP address and coarse (country-level) location;
• app interaction and ad performance data (views, clicks);
• device information such as model and operating system version.

This processing is carried out by Google under its own terms — see Google's Privacy Policy and Google Ad Settings.

• Personalised ads: where required (UK/EEA and other regulated regions), the app requests your consent before personalised advertising is shown.
• Non-personalised ads: you may decline consent — the app will then serve non-personalised ads only.
• Opt out at any time: use the consent option in the app, reset your Advertising ID, or disable ad personalisation in your device settings.

4. Third-party sharing

We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal data to third parties. The only third-party SDK integrated in the app is Google AdMob / Google Play services, which processes data as described above under Google's policies.

5. Data retention and deletion

All local game data remains on your device until you remove it — clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. We hold no server-side copy of your scores or progress. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained under Google's retention policies, over which we have no control.

6. Children

Cloud Kingdom Defense is rated Everyone on Google Play. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and any ads served by AdMob comply with Google's policies for the rated audience.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Because the app collects no personal data directly, most requests relating to advertising data are best directed to Google. Contact us and we will help where we can.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how Cloud Kingdom Defense handles data — including enabling or changing advertising — we will update this page and the app's Data safety section on Google Play before the change ships.
